Capital Smart City
A single Generator of 500kVA is synchronized with a 72kVA plant at this remote area site. To assist the operator plant control is provided via local HMI.
Blue Horizon
Synchronize 2 generators of 100 kVA, 150kVA with an On-grid solar plant. Optimize fuel efficiency of generators and reverse feed protection is provided along with an online monitoring system
Horizon Group of Industries
Synchronize 3 generators of 100 kVA, 150kVA, and 500kVA with a 328kVA solar plant. Optimize fuel efficiency of generators and reverse feed protection is provided along with an online monitoring system
Masood Fabrics Ltd
Synchronize two gas generators of 2.5MW and 1MW grid with a 1.3MW solar plant. Zero Export, Reverse feed protection and real-time monitoring features were added to this project.
Eva Oils
1 MW solar system is synchronized with 4 generators which include 2 gas generators of 1.5MW and 2 Diesel generators of 1 MW and 350kVA. The system was equipped with local monitoring access for the operator and online monitoring for smooth operation.
Hilton Pharma
Two different grid connections and one generator is synchronized with Sungrow On grid inverters using our Dexterous along with a complete online monitoring system to enhance the user experience and overall efficiency of the system.
Asia Ceramics
120kW On grid solar system installed at asia ceramics in Gujrat Pakistan. With our PV DG synchronization device “Dexterous” we have synchronized 3 diesel generators with Huawei inverters. Online access of plant was provided on mobile application and web based dashboard.
The City School
Synchronized Diesel Generator with Inverex Nitrox Series On grid inverters maintaining 25% Load on Generators while protecting it from reverse power flow. Moreover, two different grid connection were given zero export features using a single controller for Generators and Grid.
Adil Hospital
At Aadil Hospital we have installed our PV DG synchronization controller i.e. Dexterous which assisted different solar plants to share load with multiple diesel generators with different capacities. We integrated the complete plant into our online monitoring dashboard and mobile application.
